University of Richmond

Founded in 1830, the University of Richmond is a private liberal arts university located in Richmond, Virginia that had a student population of around 4,002 as of fall 2019. Its mission is to sustain a collaborative learning and research community that supports the personal development of its members and the creation of new knowledge. The university is committed to a flourishing diverse community, to the development of a multicultural curriculum, and to the education of future leaders who value and respect individual differences.
