Guilford County Schools

Guilford County Schools, founded in 2005, is a public school district located in Greensboro, North Carolina, dedicated to providing quality educational services. The district, with a mission to ensure that all students will graduate as responsible citizens prepared to succeed in higher education or the career of their choice, envisions to transform learning and teaching thus inspiring and enabling students to become lifelong learners. With approximately 73,000 students in 127 schools, it is the third largest school district in North Carolina and the 50th largest in the United States.
