Dawn leads the People Team at HackerOne, steering experiences that define HackerOne's lasting legacy. With nearly two decades in HR, she excels in talent acquisition, strategy, rewards, and operations. Dawn played a key role in scaling Appian's HR, establishing it as a top employer during its IPO and navigating transitions during the pandemic. She held leadership roles at Red Hat and Opower, overseeing global recruitment, employer brand, and people analytics.
Dawn currently serves on the board of Happyly, a mobile-first family activity planning app. Recognized as a top HR leader in the DC Metro area in 2018 and 2021, she is passionate about fostering inclusive environments where employees can bring their whole selves to work. Dawn holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from North Carolina State University.
